What's your one regret from your time in the MBA program?

Hi. I am completing my MBA in 2 months from University of Toronto. Due to family reasons I wish to move back to India( Delhi) and looking for consulting roles. All else equal, will the compensation for exits post-MBA be the same if I do a one year MBA vs a two year MBA? Currently have 2 YOE, thinking about MBA and would prefer to complete more quickly

I have been looking at the curriculums for Harvard Business School's Master of Business Administration and Harvard Extension School's Master's in Management. They both have the same requirements, generally speaking, including a field immersion course that serves as a capstone in the Master's in Management, which is fairly new. If I am not able to gain admission to Harvard Business School, but wanted a similar educational experience to become a consultant, should I attend Harvard Extension?

Was just told to "grow our ESG/CSR" practice at a regional consulting firm, due to my recent grad certification in sustainable biz strategy. Wondering where I should focus us as a services industry for big impact: we have a large product innovation, digital engineering area, and know in the past we've had a lot of lip service to clients and only recorded ESG for their compliance.

Hoping to make a big difference and include CSR/Sust audits and projects beyond for our clients! Any tips?

How is the Business Operations (BO) team at ZS?
Particularly at AC level.

I recently interviewed with Natwest and I got confirmation that they wanted to offer a role. Salary negotiations were started. However, now I got an email from the hiring manager that hiring for my role has been paused due to the ongoing cost of living crisis. He expects to resume the hiring for the role in Q1 '23 and would resume the process then. So is it the end? Honestly, I don't expect him to come back. But what do you think?

I’m a new analyst at a PE firm, and my associate keeps blaming me for things she does wrong. Like she will tell me I made the wrong change, even though she is the one who changed it. Or in calls with other people, she won’t take responsibility for things that she told me to do that the other person calls out as wrong. I recently interviewed for a position I was excited about. I like my job but this position seemed like a great fit. I met with five different individuals including a partner. Everyone was extremely nice. I received positive signaling and found out almost a week later that I didn’t receive the position. I have absolutely no idea why.
