Is there a big discrepancy in salaries when working for a firm in NYC vs NJ? I’ve been commuting from NJ to NYC (1 hr 15 min) for over 12 years and it’s getting exhausting, looking to make the move to a firm in NJ (about 10 minutes from my NJ home), just not sure on salary.

Will Coforge pay the variable as quoted ? If yes what’s the frequency of pay Like half yearly or annual?

I am done with all round of TCS even started with a negotiation round too. First call HR said we can give you 16lpa including variables. I have tried to go for a fixed 16lpa. And now she says Management only afford 12lpa. Even at the same time she says you deserve 14-15lpa fixed as per market, the mangt can only afford 12lpa. Back to back call from HR. Doc verification started what it means? They have a good budget as far as I know from consultancy.

Ex:6 BA current CTC 8.5.
