Is there a noticable difference in culture between non profit and for profit carriers? I've only ever worked at Kaiser and we make a big deal about being nonprofit but it's still very much a corporate culture with executives raking in millions while people are being laid off to save money.

They are both accountable to a board of directors and other stakeholders.

Nonprofits have lots of stakeholders - board of directors, management, employees, clients, donors, partners, community leaders, suppliers, vendors, and government agencies.

I always enjoyed non profits more

Hi fishes,

Today I got an email from TCS to complete an ibegin registration. Whenever I login, it is asking me to enter PAN details and mail ID. If I give, it is giving a warning that my account is already present in ibegin and telling me to login with another email ID. As if I remember, one of the consultancy, used my PAN to register in ibegin but I’m unable to login since it is registered by their mail ID and my PAN.

Hello, I am a junior business administrator working in advisory operations. I have been with the company for 6 months, and was employed along with 2 other colleagues. I have picked the job up really fast and am even doing some “extra curricula’s” I really love my job. However I have recently found out I am being paid the same as an apprentice on my team, I usually do at 3 x the work he does whilst also doing my Cert CII. It has really disheartened me and I feel I should be earning more money

I’m currently working in insurance customer service at an agency. I work in the mortgage department assisting w mortgage changes , payments etc. I’ve been thinking about becoming a claims adjuster most likely for property damage . Is it worth it ??? I hear a lot of talk about how claims adjusting is a lot of work and very demanding but I think my current position has prepared me for the challenge.
