Hello All, I have one question. I was a fresher and joined one organization as external employee with third party payroll. I worked as external payroll for 1 year then I became permanent employee of organization was working. When i was a fresher my salary was below tax slab so my external exployer did not generate any form 16 for me. When tried to switch my new organization wants me to submit form 16 as BGC process. Will my offer get reverted?Cognizant Tata Consultancy HCL Technologies Accenture

I had a friend who was and she kinda compared it to working with snails lol. It definitely goes slower and it's often a forgotten side of agencies. Very much dependent on the larger team and who you work withn
I'm in marketing at BOA - I say go for it. I'm not sure the rate of career growth is any different than other markets, but the money's certainly nice. You can expect $50k at the absolute worst for entry-level work, but even that can quickly go up depending on your resume and negotiation skills.
Well my initial entry level salary was $45k+ overtime in nyc. So that’s already better
It sounds like it's probably time to move on. Yes, growth can take time. But if you're not seeing ANYONE in your realm moving up, then it's probably a company issue.
I know this is an old post but I rose the ranks in client finance. It definitely depends on where you are and who your manager is. Happy to connect if you’re still in the industry (and if you see this)! I’ve found it’s hard to find anyone in finance, unless they’re previous coworkers
Absolutely, I ended up moving companies to get 55% raise initially and less then a year I got an additional 7%. Sounds like it was the company 🤷♂️
