JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

Listen out for their contribution to the work. Were they part of the breakthrough (good) or did they claim sole credit for everything, or were they lucky enough to be near to someone else's great work (not so good?) Don't get caught up on executional tics, like their Zoom background or their shoes. It means you're failing to focus on their work and their talent, so you're not giving them a fair chance on what could be a pivotal career move for them.

I feel personally attacked with the zoom background and shoes ☹️
I don’t trust an AD with a bad fashion sense or no fashion sense at all.
Some with great sense for the fashions don’t give a shit about playing their game.

I’ll admit. Was interviewing someone and he was wearing these very tight leather wingtip shoes with no socks, pant cuffs rolled up, and all I could think about was the corns and bunyons and foot pain he was in for this look.

Their nails. Peoples’ nails can tell you all about them.

In person or zoom.
Bluster.
Bonus points if they play a musical instrument. I almost hired an AD solely because she was a drummer.
