Is there anyone on the bowl who has a 4-day work week? I know this field feels like one where we can't take too many days off but I sincerely think it would benefit the employees to get a break from the constant hustling and burnout. Trying to hit targets at every waking moment of you life, is very tension-inducing. What are your thoughts?

Just finished my degree in managerial science and have a minor in marketing and a Sales certificate. Have had 4 different management jobs. Just accepted an opportunity as a district manager for an Insurance company. Not 100% sure about Commission-based only.
