I’m at a mid-sized agency in Austin making $78k, and I just found out that my corporate client’s in-house assistant makes $82k. I am managing a million-dollar portfolio and working 55 hours a week, while they are just routing emails and logging off at 4 PM sharp. The discrepancy between agency responsibility and agency compensation is getting completely absurd.
