I’m in the same boat. Have been sitting at the same “next steps” status for weeks.

Dang That’s ridiculous. You should contact them. It’s not that hard to set up a call with an interviewer… I don’t know what the heck they are doing jeez

My interview process at EY was so ridiculously slow I thought the position had been filled. And I was a referral. Literally 2 months went by. By the time it picked up again, I was already well into other interviews elsewhere. I told them if they had moved more quickly, I would have been there already!

I interviewed a week after I was referred, got a call from the recruiter the next day saying she heard good things, then got the official offer the next day. Was actually super pleased with my EY recruiter. This all occurred this month.

EY is so slow, that I accepted a position in March....and they said they would be sending me a revised offer letter soon

The revised offer still has not come, even after I informed them I had received an offer from Deloitte

That’s not what I heard…. I know two people get offer immediately after one round of interview, and one of them can’t even called an interview - just a quick chat with SM

I went from referral to offer in about a week. My referral came from a partner and they worked on keeping HR on track. I know the process would have been slower had it not been for the partner.

Mine went well! Applied early November, did the virtual interviews the following week and got my verbal offer last week. My recruiting experience with EY was great. However, I still haven’t gotten the paperwork I need, sooo maybe that takes a lil bit?

Hey wow that’s quick I applied in late October and had a quick call with a recruiter last week. Did you apply audit position?

Anybody willing to refer me for LEK?

Friends, need some feedback on an idea:

I’m thinking of starting a podcast interviewing leaders at startups about their experience with specific challenges - I know, cliche, get a more original hobby, etc.

Not looking for the narrative arc of How I Built This or Masters of Scale. Instead, looking to uncover specific problems faced by companies that tried something new for the first time. What did they not see coming, how did they adapt and measure, etc.

What are your thoughts on this format?

I received an offer from IBM Bangalore. However I saw openings at my preferred location Kochi only after the interviews. I called the HR after getting their point of contact mail and I asked if it's possible to switch. They said I'm already tagged to a project and that they'll check from their end if it can be done.

Anyone knows the chances of location being changed after receiving the offer and getting tagged to a project?

I have not yet accepted the offer.
