Is this salary offer too low, I have 3 years experience? A prominent law firm in my area and two@the states would like to hire me as a social media manager. They currently have no presence so I would be starting from scratch and doing EVERYTHING. There offering $47,500 for the first few months as a trial period “salary range” If they’re satisfied they would bump me to $50,000. My question is how do I negotiate for a higher salary? I’m thinking $60,000.
