So I've had 2 hiring managers and several recruiters from Amazon reach out to me about applying for some open positions with the company (android). I completed the coding assessment and now they want me to go through a round of 5 hour interviews next week. Is there a good chance I'll be hired if engineering managers are reaching out to me? I'm really not sure how badly I want to work for them and I don't want to be laid off months after being hired on. Anyone know what Amazon hiring is like?

They honestly could just be faking it. I would give yourself some grace. That feeling will go away eventually, give yourself some time.
This exactly!
In addition to the other comments, I would add that you may be getting unintentionally sidetracked on low-level details rather than operating at a high level. That can also be a sign that you do not yet have a solid mental model of the current services, making it difficult to navigate the system confidently and discuss it in broader terms.
I would focus on strengthening your high-level understanding of the system. Draw a map (on paper) of the existing system at a high level. Write a short paragraph that explains what each major service does. If you understand all that I would just ignore the nods.
Are you sure everyone else gets it? Maybe they’ve just mastered the nod. Has your manager told you you’re behind—or is this maybe just in your head? 😊
It's possible you're just being too hard on yourself, or perhaps you're having a touch of imposter syndrome. Don't take it too seriously. As long as you can do your work competently, it doesn't really matter if you grasp everything right away.
You might be focused on your individual tasks while others spend a little more time on the overall project. Taking good notes and building domain knowledge and familiarity is its own skill. You are probably doing fine. AI is effective at summarizing and may help.
I totally relate; for me this is due to ADHD-related audio processing/working memory issues..
Sounds like a lot of yes men from the way your describe it. Or you need to ask around a lot before the meeting. It’s the culmination of decisions, not how they started.

If the pace during the meeting is too fast, take time after or before it to review it if the artifact is ready
Oh god, this brings back memories. One day you'll be explaining it to others; especially those who need help later because they were just faking it.
