Bain & Company It seems like MBB is hiring. Got an automated rejection from Boston Consulting Group. Had a conversation with recruiter from McKinsey & Company but did not move to next rounds. Didn’t get an offer from Bain & Company after second rounds. Have a decent Finance background.

The freeze period for Bain is 12 months. Is it worth applying again to McKinsey and BCG or do I need to wait 6-12 months to be considered again? Would a referral help, any volunteers? Happy to chat/DM!

Senior engineer making 135k and I was offered a promotion to engineering manager after completing a development plan. Near the end of the plan and I expect compensation talks to start soon. Had a final round at BCG last Friday. After the interviews they said that the would release results today. Then I got an email today saying they will only give the results on the next Friday. What could have happened?? I also know some people how interviewed on the same day as mine and got a rejection email today.

Do you think it's a good idea to devide work experience by projets? Or is it better to have "projects highlights" separate from work experience.. something like: intro>functional expertise> project highlights>work experience>education?
