It took almost 2 months to complete the interview process and get the offer letter.
As rehire within 10 months, i was offered the same salary when I left the organisation.
This was very frustrating and irritating process even though I was immediate joiner. I declined the joining on the day of joining. Now hr is pushing and all the leadership where I was supposed to join the project are pressuring to join me. Any suggestions. Yoe: 7.5, Java, ctc: 37 lacs, no other offer as I haven’t tried to yet

My total experience is 5 in QA, I attended Deloitte interview. First round was technical and it went quite well, they asked lot of theory questions. I answered few and quite I was not sure of answers. She gave feedback like my communication and confidence level is good and project wise I'm having good knowledge and coming to concept wise it's not upto the mark for experience. I think I bombed a case interview with Chartis for an associate consultant position. The case was in excel and required me to manipulate the data via share screen with the interviewer. I couldn’t get some functions to work and was struggling to go through the 16 page PDF of data. I had several answers correct but needed to walk through the remaining questions with some guidance. My other 3 case interviews went well and I had great conversation with the partner for behavioral interview. Thoughts?
