After submitting my resume for the Global Finance and Business Management full time position at JP Morgan (my dream job!), I got a HireVue invite the next day! However, I completed it 9 days ago and still have no response....
When do we get a response in average, and after how much time does it mean I probably am not getting an offer to continue?
Thanks!

Two years seems like the right amount of time to be asking for a promotion. You've established a track record with the company and you can make a good case for the value that you deliver. Prepare to advocate for yourself and go for it!
Yeah I think you're totally within your right to ask for a raise/promotion at 2 years. Have you asked for a raise at any other company before? I'd just try to go in with an argumetn about your contributions to the company rather than expecting a raise for your tenure there.
If it’s a small company with limited employee turnover there may not be any role for you to be promoted to. As long as you are enjoying the work, like the people and are being paid fairly then stay put. Jumping ship to a new company for a few dollars more can be a risky action.
I think you should absolutely advocate for a promotion. The two year mark is a great time to do that. Especially if you feel like you've done a good job and have benefited the company in tangible ways. Let us know how it goes!
I feel like that’s definitely a reasonable time to ask.
