It’s been more than a week since I interviewed at Google and haven’t heard back from the recruiter yet !! I did “okayish” in the interview.

What type of a sign is it? I am guessing if I was a hard “No” they would have sent a rejection within a couple of days after the interview! They haven’t, so is there hope?
