Cleared Accenture Skill interview by answering almost all the questions and received congratulatory mail for HR round and submitting all documents. Then after a week received a call from HR saying that due to some technical issue, the skills round will happen again and an online assessment was set up. In the assessment, questions which were not directly related to the profile were asked and then a rejection mail was received. Does this happen a lot?

Hi Fishes,
Does Deloitte USI have any cool down period, if you apply and do not get any response from the company? I had previously applied in a role, but didn't hear back from them. So, I'm planning to try to apply via referral this time and I'm wondering if I should use the same e-mail ID or a different one! Deloitte USI

They hired me promising that I will be working on a project after joining… we don’t have bench as such if no client project then we have plenty internal projects that you might be part of
But now I am im Account pool , no project assigned no client interview scheduled …
Your pool days are counted as Bench only. You get to know after 2 months of no project, when the HR calls you to put papers. They've been doing this since the last 2 years. Inhumane policies.
Got the best offer from them, but took an another offer due to correct situation at LTIM, lucky me 🤣
It is true, I am one of those victims, i had been there for two years. They don't even have support projects too.. and they finally ask to resign and they will give you two months of time for project allocation, and the same people will pass a circular to the managers that don't consider notice period people for projects. ,internal recommendations for project assignment, don't join in LTI your career will be in risk...⚠️☠️

For prinicpal engineer role they ask silly questions like reverse linked list. I think they better hire a fresher instead asking people of 12+ years' experience to code to reversing a linked list.
I have gone through nearly six rounds of interviews with LTI so far. After each interview, the HR's response has become quite predictable: "Since you are an immediate joiner, we are forwarding your profile to another manager who has an opening in their team." I even received the acknowledgment for my BGV clearance from them. However, it’s been two months now, and I’m still waiting for a definitive response. To add to the confusion, last week, an HR representative from LTI contacted me randomly to ask if I was available for an interview, stating they had a suitable vacancy for me.
Being an ex-LTite, I will second that!
Same is done by Persistent now
This is what I am facing right now.from past 2 months.
It's is common practice in any service based company, they do bulk recruitment and have some buffer resources (atleast 20 - 30%) of total headcount, now situation has changed, they reduced this percentage to curb non performing assets or resources to increase profit.
It happen same to me
A great eye opener about LTIMindtree, thanks a lot.

Hi am having 9 exp In iOS Development any Job opportunity availvale for This position
I have resign from ther having a skillet of cloud and they assign me to support project
I told this to a practice head of Birlasoft in an interview, in my reason for change.
That d**#head laughed and said "They're hiring so much, and you say they didn't have projects".
I wonder how uninformed these so called rusty leaders with huge EGOs, that stops them from learning or updating, so much insecurities, so outdated thought process, are. They live in a bubble,
in their own comfort zone where they spend 20-30 years, and look down on anyone who is looking for growth, failing to accept that job market is ever changing and unstable. Their loving companies kick them out the first in adversities and it's hard for them to find a job.
For my practice, there are thousands of people on the bench. many , many were forced to quit many of my colleagues, instantly as they went on bench, or just to cut the cost. They are making any excuse under the sun.
it's a sinking ship under their lousy fellow DC's captaincy. It's more or less the same for all tech stacks.
It happened to me at Wipro 5 y back, I was hired for AWS cloud lead role but the project I have got is for Azure, Luckily I had past exposure to azure and this tuned out to be good thing for me and I got very good exposure to new things and good learning curve. With that act of project assignment now I became multi cloud architect.
Could you help me with pf helpdesk email or contact from ltimindtree.
Your chat is disable.
Also they don't promote you. Telling you this with an experience of 4.3 years😐
One question I have. HR told me I got selected for Scania project US based and client round was happened. In your case client round was conducted or not?
No there was no client round when they were hiring and it doesn't effect much because they will ask you to join and again give interview for mother project so relying on ltim will be worst decision. While I was on bench they took interview and client round for another project but that was not worth it
Nothing new, this is common in WITCH companies.
Yeah it's true, I faced the same situation and if you're a contractor in LTIMindtree they don't even care and if you didn't clear the assessment they will ask u to leave the organisation, no chance of rehiring or any other project.
