It's very unfortunate to say that LTIMindtree is making fool of every new joinee in the organization. The recruitment team in LTIMindtree will promise you about the project but the real situation here is they don't have any projects and will randomly assign you to any support project without giving you any background. Once you joined the organization they will not reply to any of your concerns.I hope this post help lots of employee to make a wise decision before joining any organization.

The job itself sounds pretty interesting. Lots of opportunity for growth (eventually will build out a team).

My only concern is the hiring manager. I talked to someone in my network who has worked with him in the past and she told me that she would 100% work with him again bc she learned a lot, but that he has a very dominant personality and that some ppl can butt heads with him.

I loathe Monday morning meetings. We have a monthly team meeting at 8:00am PT and it makes me so mad! 😂 It’s always on a Monday, and I have the hardest time getting motivated for them.
