You can give it a try now. It’s a weird job market though.
I don't think a year is enough time. I would be concerned that you would leave your next role in a year too.
This is what I came here to say. One year is definitely not enough experience to negotiate, but if you ask your manager for advice on how to grow in the role, that will be more productive.
If you job-hop every year or two, you may earn a bit more at each place, but you're not setting yourself up for long-term success. If you stick with a company and thrive, the money will come. I personally only recommend quitting if the culture is toxic or you can't get by on your salary.
From what I’ve seen, one year is enough to move, but two years is enough to negotiate. Recruiters seemed way more confident pushing my resume once I crossed that two-year line. If you are truly underpaid, though, I wouldn't feel bad about looking now.

At least for UWs, they usually say that you need 3 years experience to truly know the ins and out but I would still try. Doesn’t hurt but also don’t get your hopes up because it’s hard market even for those with more experience.
