I've been applying for jobs, but I get auto-rejected super fast. Is there a best day or time of day to apply? Or some simple trick I'm missing? I'd like to at least get past the recruiting software that's automatically trashing my application before anyone actually reads it.

I recently had an interview with BNY for an Analyst role located in DE. The interview went well and I was informed by the recruiter that the team was interested. They asked if I was willing to relocate immediately, and I told him that my decision would be best made if I see an offer. I have not yet received a follow up after this(coming on two weeks) so I know that I've been ghosted. My question is, was I wrong to ask to see the offer before making a decision?

Also I have sent mail to join early but she is not responding for mails even hr(scheduled interviews) is not responding for calls

Can i get any clarification about this Would i get offer letter before that joining date or else they have gone with other candidate?
