I’ve been applying to jobs for almost 5 months now and haven’t received a response… it’s been terrible for me. I don’t understand I have 4+ years experience, I don’t have anything on my record, I’m a quick learner and I love what I do. The only thing is I don’t have a drivers license because i don’t like driving. My fiancé takes me everywhere and it’s never been a problem, I’m always on time. Can someone please help me out?

Is there any interview after probation period?

I’ve been approached outside the firm for a number of roles and take interviews for the practice. Today a start up SaaS company called and when i gave my base salary expectation (which i thought would be wildly out of range) it was not even a flinch and “well within range” no wonder there’s a staffing shortage at pwc, these guys are throwing money at us, and I’m in marketing!!!!!

What % utilisation is considered good?
I know it depends on firm to firm, but in general?
Also, is it wise to put in CV or say in interviews about your utilization if its good?
