I’ve been applying to sales roles for months, but it feels like everyone and their dog is competing for the same positions. I’ve got a solid resume, but I’m struggling to get noticed. What’s the secret sauce? Do I need to tweak my resume, network harder, or something else entirely to stand out in this jungle?

Honestly I think the people who are landing roles are just applying for more roles than everyone else. The job market is really rough right now and everyone is struggling to find a new role. I would say hang in there and appy to everything you can find.
