I’ve been approached by Revolut regarding a Senior Internal Auditor role (in the UK, working remotely). From searching on glassdoor (low confidence - 4 salaries) I believe the salary could be between £80K - 97K/yr, which is a 33% step-up even on the lower end wage.

Has/does anyone work for them? What’s the culture like within this field? I’ve seen some bad posts regarding them a while ago, but I’m wondering if this has changed in the past half a year.

I don’t have specific expectations but I want to be compensated at least market for a NYC based GC (which looks like cash comp of at least $300k plus bonus, etc). I have received offer letter from Optum Global Solutions India recently and I am seriously considering joining it(I also have offers from Deloitte USI and Verizon).
My breakup annexure mentions 4 components apart from RRP and PF. Basic, HRA, Flexi, Special Allowance. Either the Special Allowance or the Flexi is not included in the CTC mentioned in offer letter. So I want to understand how the Flexi and Special Allowance are paid monthly. Can someone please help?

NFW- I just had a good laugh. Earlier today I was on a video conference call reviewing a Private Label Agreement template with a larger company who wishes to brand label products we develop and manufacture. I’ve been working for my State Farm agency as a team member for 2 years. I am licensed in property and casualty as well as life and health, but only make $13 an hour.
