Startup I initially rejected told me there’s an PM opening. They are aware ive been at F but I’ve told ceo in the past that I’m not happy since I want to do product which is why he reacted out. I want to do product long term - should I leave or stay at FB. TC is 140k vs 160k at FB. 2.5 YOE

Currently a big 4 consultant and got an offer from FAANG for a strategy and ops role that would bring my total comp up 60%. I’m really grateful for the offer and really excited, however, I am also interviewing with MBB. It has always been a goal of mine to work for tier 1 strategy firm as I’ve always felt on the outside looking in at big4. I feel like most exit ops from strategy would be S&O industry roles but still can’t get these MBB firms out of my mind. Am I just overthinking this?

Have an upcoming FB loop interview next week. And today i got reached out for another role that i applied at FB, should i bring this out to the hiring manager during the loop? Wondering if this would make any difference perhaps speeding up the decision process. Any thoughts?

I have practiced for five years and make $121k as an employee of a financial services company. As the only attorney, I oversee all statewide collections efforts, from demand letter to garnishment, with a case volume of nearly 7k new cases per year, of which the majority I end up litigating. I receive only a $1k bonus per year. Is my compensation fair? My last insurance defense gig was $75k.
