I’ve been applying for S&O positions in industry and tech at Doordash, Paypal, etc. But, not getting interview calls. What is it that you’ll are doing that I’m missing?

Hello , I have accepted an offer from a UK firm , they mentioned that they will provide coc form to me and then I have to apply for a visa (they will reimburse the visa cost)
Is this a norm there ?

I'm a first yr attorney at an insurance firm and am in the process of interviewing for an in-house position at a tech company. The position is pretty much generalist, but I get the impression I'd be working mostly on SaaS and partnership transactions. I definitely think I would like the transactional work better, but I am concerned about the long-term earning potential vs. partnership. How common is it to eventually make $400k+ in-house/how difficult is it to transition back to a firm? Thanks!

I have an offer accepted from Elevance 125k (Anthem) and w a good team and seems that WLB would be ok. Also, Amazon hiring manager wants to interview me for a job. I was at Big 4 consulting for a year before lateraling to ACN recently. It’s been about 6 months at ACN. Now I have an industry offer for Product Manager, which has been my eventual goal. Would it be too soon to jump? Or should I stick around for better exits in a couple of years may be? I’m worried the frequent changes won’t look good on my resume
4 YOE overall, TC at Product Manager is about 20-25k > ACN.
