Hey guys. I have been applying to Amex for the past 1 year. Tried applying on the portal, through referrals and even hr consultants reached me regarding the roles since I have a relevant profile. But not once have I been shortlisted or called for an interview. What could be the problem?
PS: I have gotten calls from every other company for the same profile but not amex. Can't be a problem with the profile. Seems something dicey which I'm not aware of.American Express
Rejected from BCG 1st round. Feeling down.
Does Natwest bank pay as competitive as Morgan Stanley Deutsche Bank. I mean Associate in MS and DB ranges from 20 to 30 lakh. However when I tried applying to Natwest expecting 40% hike (30 lpa) on current pay of 21 lakh. They straightway rejected me and said its not in their budget. Is there any financial firm which can pay as competitive to Mumbai banks. Barclays Deutsche Bank Natwest group BlackRock
Hi Fishes, Sometime back I was interviewed for Technical Support Job role in my domain. T1 went well. T2, in my understanding was better only (not great like T1 but not blunder. I felt it was nice and i replied majority of questions). They released the feedback after 10 days with "Not Positive". I am not totally sure with feedback as I replied majority of questions correct. I am being bit curious with "Microsoft" tag. What can be the reason?
Discussion appreciated.

I always think there’s a balance on note taking. Do it too little and you might come across as disengaged/disinterested but do it to much then it almost turns into a teacher-student dynamic whereas you’d rather have an open flowing conversation during an interview. Just write down bullet points of things that are only super important & what you’ll want to reference in a thank you email
Agree with CA. I personally will write very few notes maybe a handful of bullet points.
But when the interviewer is taking notes and has there had down while I’m talking I feel annoyed like they just want to write everything down as opposed to process the info I’m saying. So I’d guess it goes both ways
