I've been in IT for over 15 yrs. I am looking to move to Microsoft as a Principal Product Manager. I know that my work history and knowledge will transfer over well. I'm really afraid of 1. Not getting an interview and 2. Bombing the interview if I get one. I've heard that you have to wait a year if you don't get an offer.

I have a friend that will refer me; I'm just afraid. Can any relate to this and possibly offer some words of encouragement?

I finished my L1, L2 and HR rounds last week. The HR had requested for the documents and I sent them on the same day. From there how many days will it take to release the offer letter.

Is it okay to name clients you have worked on on your resume?

I’m having the hardest time finding a new job. I have 12 years of HR experience, a masters in HR, SHRM certification, and all I keep getting are rejection emails. I’ve never experienced this difficult of a time searching for new opportunities. Is this normal once you hit a certain level in your career or is it just me?

What's the review process for firms. I have people getting rejected but I haven't heard anything. Is it interviews, offers, rejections? Or is it review/ interview and rejections then offers.

Anyone else feels that the Talent team at @Mindtree is sshiittyy? They don't give us updates after interviews and hang us in limbo. They don't have the courtesy to respond to messages, calls or emails. Can someone suggest how to highlight this?

What’s the FUD this time?

This is the 5th time in the last 12 months I have told senior management that I need help with my workload. If I hear 'you need to learn to manage your time better' or 'it's like this in all agencies as well' or 'block time in your own calendar to complete work' one more fucking time I will shoot myself.
