Any recommendations for Apple Watch screen protector? I’ve tried 2 different types so far, one is flexible screen that peels off after a week, other is full watch and traps water while working out.

You don’t need a screen protector for an Apple Watch, seems like overkill to me

like

So there you have it. Our recommendation is go without one.

likefunny

I don’t understand the need. Do you have low arm awareness? I’ve had one for years and have never scratched it.

I’ve had 3 Apple watches since 2016 and never had a screen protector once. The face is sapphire glass, it doesn’t scratch in my experience.

I too have had an Apple Watch for over 2 years and didn’t even know this was a thing - never saw a need for it.

Haha guess I will go without one. I’m a bit clumsy so wasn’t sure how study the glass was.

Men, how do you make yourself feel sexy and successful?

I feel like, I've dependend on my partners to validate me in those ways. But that makes me insecure & dependent on them. They loved me but idk if they "wanted/desired" me.

To feel sexy, I'm working on losing weight and then building muscle, but that'll take time and fade away with age anyway.

To feel successful, I mean... I have an OK career and savings, but I just don't identify either as success.

Maybe, I just want to feel desired.

Does anyone in this group have ADHD? Are you finding that working in a law firm setting and billing hours is just not something they can do or is it possible with the proper medication and therapy?

I don’t cut my hours, I consistently reach 7 hours a day, but it’s not enough to meet my firm’s minimum requirement. I’m usually working 9 hours/day.

Any tips for staying healthy while traveling for work regularly, esp to smaller cities/towns with limited healthy takeouts? When there are no healthy options available I usually just not eat or eat a super basic salad (eg lettuce + chicken), and I bring some protein bars and appetite suppressant fiber crackers with me. But my life has been super miserable and I find myself hangry all the time, bloated from eating too much raw veg, and waking up in the middle of the night starving 😭

I recently got diagnosed with ADHD. I'm 31 and found this only because b school and post mba consulting job was/is much more challenging than anything I did before. What I'm confused about is that even as a teenager I could read entire books overnight. But the last two years of high school I started selectively zoning out and the problem has become worse since. I just realised it now. My doctor has suggested treating depression (I was also unaware of this) with Wellbutrin first (contd)

Writing annual goals. What are examples of how to write “quantifiable” goals as a consultant? Are you measuring number of relationships built, projects, or something else?

Most of consulting is advising on solutions to problems, but I don’t control the outcome, whether the advice is implemented, or the budget. Sales is easy (e.g. “sell $2M of products/services this year”) because there is a clearly defined measurement. What can consultants measure?
