1. Applied with a catered resume.
2. Asked LinkedIn connections to make intros at people working at the companies; they did, but none of those intros have yielded replies.
3. Added on LinkedIn/Cold emailed for a chat to hiring managers, recruiters, current employees. Also, no replies.

What am I doing wrong?

- Corp Dev analyst role for a listed niche gambling company

The tech job pays 15k more, but from what I can see will be a cluster and super long hours (has EU stakeholders). Maybe a pipe dream, but I want to have a "somewhat" decent wlb while still growing my career toward strategy and finance.

I realized I've been a dummy for getting a job at a creative agency and not working on my portfolio. Most of the projects I've taken on, I've done so as a way to support others without taking much credit for it.
