As an example, MA’s doing more traditional nursing tasks in the clinic. Sure this helps when everyone feels overworked, not enough time but as these responsibilities and tasks get blurred, I wonder how this will affect
salaries in the future for both professional titles and non personal ones. And also how does this change professional licenses and titles?

Researching the job mkt & pay for nursing: It is so easy to set up a first interview esp. as a nurse. Set up a zoom meeting, in the zoom meeting ask abt job details and ask for the salary range. They will give it to you, and in my case it was the same range for both of the companies. (Hospice oncall nurse here👋). Then you fit in somewhere on that continuum based on education & experience—that where the negotiation comes in—they will make a case to place you as low as possible on the scale.
