I've been researching online MA programs for a few weeks, and the cost is overwhelming. Since I work full-time, it has to be a flexible online option. I also don't want to waste time on a certification that hiring managers will just laugh at. Are there any affordable programs you trust and would recommend?

One of my friends works as a Director in Nagarro. She has been there for 7 years and has a CTC of 42 with total yoe 17. Per current trend this is low even though she is a constant top performer. She says that even though delivery people play a pivotal role, they are not paid well. In her team, she sees technical people earning 45-50 at 10-11 yoe. So the factor is 2.5 for delivery vs 4.5 to 5 for technical roles. Per her, this is quite common in Nagarro & she is not an outlier. ctd in comments

Now i have been interviewed and selected for Ameriprise where I would learn on the job and work on workday finance.
No WD certification.
Will it be a good choice in the long run?

I chose this position because My husband & I recently moved to PA with our 2 kids (1&3), with no family available for his residency program with a hospital.
