Hey! Any Google folks know if it’s possible to negotiate fully remote if a contract role is hybrid? Personally, I don’t want to relocate and go to the office on a contract role given the current economy. Plus, I’m assuming contractors are the first to go in layoffs. I just think it’s a fair trade off if I’d be allowed to work fully remote. I’m also trying to have flexibility to manage my Airbnb business in a different country. Same time zone as the home office if I’d travel weeks at a time.

Yes set up a meeting with your boss and start the convo. Prepare a list of your accomplishments that show you deserve the raise. This will help you from forgetting anything and will help them make a case to HR or whoever makes the final decision.

This! Make it a separate meeting and separate from your normal review cadence
You can always ask and justify your request with all the extra work you're doing. I've gotten raises that way, outside of the normal annual review. Just by showing them how much more work I'm doing than what is indicated on my job description.
100% more responsibility should come with more pay. That's literally the reason people get promotions and raises. You would also be deserving of a new title, in my opinion.
