I've been working at the front desk and there is no way to have a private conversation with a coworker or with our lead, its really frustrating. Team meetings are only like once every three months. How do we address issues?

Do you have 1:1s with your lead? How about email?

No one on ones at all! And email is only patient related. We use Teams if anything.

The ER I used to work in, the triage area was all out in the open everybody could hear your business 🫩🫩🫩

Exactly so annoying and I never have a chance to ask a question or anything.

Seriously? Sorry but i worked front desk for over 20 years. Work. No talk. It is what it is

Yeah I was taking about necessary work conversations.... jeez. Things like workflows changing, shifts, etc...

Hi all! I was asked coordinate a local happy hour for my team. The issue I’m having is that I’m currently pregnant and am not sure if I’m comfortable to hang out with strangers. What’s the most professional way to say no without hurting feelings / burning bridges? Or should I suck it up and go?

Anyone else struggling with hormones / mood swings? I am almost 16 weeks and been having a real tough time lately, feeling really down and stressed about things. Sadly, causing tension between me and my partner as well as he cannot relate and seems preoccupied with business as usual. Trying to get out the funk and just telling myself it’s all the hormones.

Hi #Urgent

Got the Offer Letter from
Citi upon accepting I also received the Background Verification (BGV) mail.

which says I need to provide the relieving letter/experience letter. But the thing is I have not received it (it will take some time). I only have resignation acceptance letter.

Can we still proceed for bgv process and tell Citi that I will provide the relieving letter later on when i get it.

(already passed my LWD: 2nd nov)

Best of luck.

What’s a fair expectation for my first raise? Publicly traded co with ~2500 employees. I’ve been doing litigation with the company for almost 3 yrs and have only had a 2% cost of living raise so far. Graduated in 2014. Base comp is $127.5k in the Philly area. I see salaries all over the place in this site and it’s hard to tell whether mine is competitive.

We are looking to hire a FTE for systems integration. We are using Mulesoft as an IPAAS. I’m part of the hiring team. The pay is 6 figures it is fully remote, the benefits are insanely good and it can be your second job if you are very good. If you are great, it’s probably 15-20 hours of work per weeks. If you are good enough, I will even cover for you to coordinate with your primary job. DM me if you are interested as I’m tired of the crappy recruiting company we are contracted with.
