I’ve been working brand side for a couple of years and am at my breaking point. The koolaid is killing my soul. My boss’s boss brought up excitedly at a meeting today that we “get to have lunch with (some semi-important person), and maybe we’ll even get to go in the board room!!” She is incredibly patronizing in every meeting. I was also passed over for a promo last year, and when I asked for feedback from the interviewers, my boss keeps “forgetting” to send it. Is it time to go back to agency??
