Can anyone of you please tell me what would be the hierarchy level for a person joining in JPMorgan Chase with 5+ YOE?
What should be the naming convention of design for a person with this experience?
Analyst or Associate or Senior Analyst or Senior Associate?
Any leads would be highly appreciated.

What are your goals? If you really enjoy the work you're doing now, you might not be happy with how things go at a larger firm. A company on your resume won't always outweigh the real impactful work you're doing.
There are lots of way to think about it, and plenty of considerations. But one thing that comes to mind is that being associated with a better known organization will almost always be helpful to you going forward. Working for a small organization can be gratifying, but you may not want to become known as a small-time player. Sounds harsh, I know, but that's the reality of it.
I would worry so much about the titles and the company. Get down to what do you yourself want and the lifestyle you want to live and go from them. If one helps you meet your personal and professional goals better than another then that is your answer
