That sounds like the kind of thing that just takes daily effort. You have to pause and think about what you're doing as you go through each day and really try to change your habits. Whatever you're doing that's preventing you from growing or improving, work to curtail that and focus on the positive aspects. It takes time, but be patient and work on it and things will turn around.
OP I learned a long time ago that I have to set my ego aside and be willing to learn and grow. I used to get so up in arms about feedback of any sort because I felt like it meant I wasn't doing a good job. What I learned was I can do a good job and still have room to improve so now I welcome feedack.
I have and still do struggle receiving constructive feedback without taking it personally. I always need to remind myself that this is an opportunity to grow and leaders who are giving me feedback care about me otherwise they wouldnt waste their time giving me ways to improve.
