I've completed 1 Yr in ANZ Bank . How much experience is required to get promoted to 4.4 from 5.1?

I’m one of the top performers in the company and got invited to the company’s emerging leadership program. I always meet all my goals and deliverables on time but still feel like half of the time I’m not even doing anything (or performing my best). How do I leverage this ‘off-time’ into something productive in order to progress faster?

I took an in-house gig working with friends late last summer and I am about to get an offer from a biglaw firm for basically my dream position—I am feeling terrible because my current department is understaffed and I like the work, but the biglaw position has huge advantages including remote work and way higher salary. I have joined IBM and resigned within 50 days.
Reason: project I was allocated not good and I initially rejected project but they forcefully moved to the project.I have asked multiple times to replace the project after that I have resigned.
Now manager is threatening me that I will be placed under no hire to IBM.
