I've had three different employers ghost me after putting me through several rounds of interviews. Is it really too much to expect an email from HR saying they're going in a different direction? Why keep me in limbo? Just put me out of my misery.

Hang in there, that seems to be the new norm. Out of the at least 8 fourth round or higher interviews I've had only 3 have let me know if did not get it & out of many more interviews than that only one place gave me feed back.

That is pretty rude. You think the least a company can do is let you know you didn’t get the job. I know we can never get feedback as to why we weren’t hired. But it would be nice and the professional thing to do to let us know.

It's definitely not too much to expect and you are absolutely right. It's amazing how unprofessional the whole job searching process has become and how there's nothing we can do about it.

I am a young professional... But every job interview I’ve had so far pretty much just wants to know what kind of person I am. They are as interested in my leadership/communication as much as they are in me talking about my experience.

Is this how it will always be? Or is this predominantly because I am in lower positions at this point in my career?

Had an interview today, for RN OnCall position. This is an extremely difficult position, but I bring not only a preference to work the hours they need but the experience and credentials to qualify for the upper range of the salary (RN, MSN, CHPN, 5 years hospice experience). I asked for the range and he gave the range then immediately stated that I would qualify for mid range. My goal is to find a similar position to the one I’m working now and add 20-30% to my income, the high range would meet

Hi Fishes,

Can anyone please give a genuine insight into the frontend developer interview process for experienced candidates in
Apple?

Do everyone irrespective of their experience needs to prepare for DSA? Or they just want the frontend developer to be proficient in HTML, CSS and JS just like they mention in JD. And also do they consider people from Tier 3 colleges?

By contract is 1.

Has anyone ever asked to renegotiate their salary after starting a job? I’m 2 months into my new job and I have far more responsibilities than what I was told.
