Hello, I have an interview coming up with Facebook (Meta) and its a manager role leading a global process team with multiple people reporting to the role.I have been told by the recruiter that Meta is fairly flat and the title does not really describe its seniority. I wanted to calibrate my experience to the role, would anyone have advice regarding levels at Meta and any other advice for an interview with them? Thanks

Tell your manager it is none of their damn business. Seriously folks have some personal boundaries.
A1 with the most ridiculous advice - just quit and don't worry about your expenses for however long it takes you to find your next role.
Oh man, I really do go to dr apts all of the time. Now wonder my ppd kept asking if everything was ok, but seemed like he didn't actually want to talk about my health haha

I feel like the consulting industry should have an open interview week. Interview and then go to the firm that makes you happy.
"It's personal."
Don't lie. It's unseemly. Take half a day off and do your interviews.

Crashing my motorcycle and needing several surgeries and multiple "follow ups" was a good excuse for me. Just start wearing a sling to the office.
I agree. That is why i never actually discussed anything further with the ppd. I'm able to go to dr apts and its cool. OP- one option is to claim dental work. I agree that vague lying is a really slippery slope. Also, doing it occasionally is ok, but if that is always your go to, it could ruin it for people like me
