I know every holding company has different titles but trying to understand SVP, EVP GAD or executive director of media (or equivalent ) salaries at an agency in Chicago.

Does EY follow bands for different ranks? I have seen so different salary for same ranks and people at higher rank are earning less than people at low rank.

How come in TV shows there are different salaries for different actors? And it's even worse when you bring numbers in. Per episode, there have been cases where some people make twice as much as others.

Can anyone share salary range advice for a Talent Sourcer/Senior Talent Sourcer please. I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

Shall i switch to tech Mahindra?

Qualified Dividends: I’m expecting $650-$750 qualified dividend in 2021. Salary and base about $250 total. Questions: what tax rate will the qualified dividend be taxed at? The 15% or 20%?
