I've interviewed at hsbc for KYC Analyst role on Thursday last week and also got to know that I've cleared the interview and I got an email from HR requesting for the documents, then I shared all the documents.. but till now no updates, nobody reached out for salary negotiation or offer letter. is it normal?? I’m a creative / tech innovator applying to McKinsey and the other big four. However, I’m now concerned my limited on-the-fly math skills will automatically count me out.
