100-150k in cash how would you invest it ? 1. Buy low priced out of state property all cash (~100k multi family in city like Cleveland ) With remaining money fix up property, rent and hold. Or 2. Buy multiple properties with loan and put down payments on 2 multi family homes, (up to ~400k each 20% down) out of state or possibly local. Buy mainly turnkey, rent and hold.
I know either way should essentially work but would love to hear different perspectives.

Currently maxed Roth 401k, Roth IRA, HSA, and ESPP at 23 YO, should I consider an after-tax conversion? I’ve read about back-door Roths but I’m still far below the income limit as an analyst. Hi Fishes need your advices urgently. I had an interview scheduled with HCL for today from one HR, after that another HR from HCL called and informed that I have interview for Yesterday. I told her about Friday interview, she told that will nit happen, so I attentded that, cleared 2 rounds and now she sent mail for documents submission. I called HR1 and informed on Thursday interview, she said that is ok, you can attend Friday interview as scheduled. I attended that as well.
