I’ve just been offered a role moving from consulting to enabling solutions (internal operations essentially) supporting a high up leader at the firm (doing project management, communications, executive briefings, etc.). I’m currently a consultant, and this would be a senior consultant role- they approached me for the role initially and I have been the primary candidate. What salary range for roles like this would be a good benchmark for me to reference?

I’m currently a Grade 11 at Cisco. With the recent pay structure changes my annual comp will be $150k + 12% bonus. I live in a large metro area in the middle of the US. I’m looking to move around the company so that I can make commission but I don’t want to be an account manager. Working at a company that is developing processes and we do not have a consistent/formulaic approach to RAG status. I've worked in other companies where we would do line item milestones with their own individual RAG (determined by probability+ impact) that would roll up into an overall project RAG status. But, I'm unable to find a template like that easily.

Help - how do I fight claims by scammer healthcare providers?

I recently went to 2 different providers.

Dentist, made appt via Zocdoc to see a dentist that was in network. Another dentist at the location saw me instead who was out of network. I have text evidence they said it would be covered before visit. Claim was denied - asking for ~500 dollars.

Saw a specialist who’s office staff verified my insurance would fully cover the claim. Get the claim, says they are out of network. Owe 600.

I live by myself. Can I manage to adopt a dog with consulting lifestyle. Also I don't want to spend a fortune in dog sitting. Thoughts ?
