I've noticed that fully remote advertising roles pay noticeably less than in-office roles with the same title. Is that happening to others or is it company-specific? Trying to figure out if I'm taking a real financial hit by staying remote.

Another foot-in-my-mouth situation where what I said was misinterpreted but still shouldn’t have said in the first place. My lack of filter, especially after a few drinks, is constantly getting me in trouble. How many of you are struggling with not having your mouth lead your brain?

I have a student who only comes to school two days a week and then only for 1 hour. He tells me I have to pass him so it doesn't matter. This is very frustrating. I knew this student hates school and often states he is stupid. I just do my best to encourage him. Build confidence. Any ideas to encourage him more? By the way, taking to his parent does nothing.
