Hi Fishies,
Looking for any reviews/suggestions regarding Pubmatic. Most important is the tech stack and learning aspects.
Big data technologies(Scala-Spark etc) and Java.
Also in discussion with Impetus and Autodesk (via third party i.e. Applicantz).
CTC is not a concern right now as what they are offering is enough for me right now.
Any suggestions would be helpful

You should go ahead and apply where you want. If you have particular interests, you could do some research and apply to places that deal with things you might find interesting. Having only health experience won't harm you if you're young and you've been doing it for a few years. A lot of people make a move at some point early in their career.
You should apply wherever you would like to work. If you can do PR in one field, you can do it any field. I started off in entertainment PR and have done everything from insurance to the restaurant industry. The basic skills are the same, and they’re transferable.
I had a VP who was a micromanager and impossible to work with.

I also started in healthcare PR, then pivoted to tech and now I do a very wide range of consumer (tech, travel, F&B). At the end of the day, the skills transfer!
As you’re applying, I’d play up any relevant experience. If you want to enter tech, highlight any health tech experience you might have. If you’re interested in consumer, are there any consumer campaigns you’ve run for healthcare clients? There’s probably a lot more there than you think!
