I’ve worked on products where it felt like every competitor had the same features. Can’t help but look at all the Black Friday / Cyber Monday noise and wonder … How do you cut through it and make your product stand out when the market is crowded?

I'd consider moving away from the features and more towards the customers.
Meaning, consider how it makes them feel.

Good example to look at the difference between how Samsung and apple market in the smartphone space. Samsung is quite feature driven and apple is emotive.

You could also lean on the brand a bit more. Why is the brand trusted? Have you been around longer? Maybe use feedback as a source of inspiration.

Depending on brand strength you could poke fun at a few things and look at a past marketing campaign from decades ago and use different ones from over the years to reinforce longetivity and trust from the brand and how you've adapted to the current days tech and how you always listen ending with your flagship product?

I'm flaking here, as I know nothing about the product you are marketing etc. but I currently work in a space where we sell millions of items that you can get anywhere. So have to try and tell stories.
