I joined in Accenture as level 8. Prior to joining, I was apporached by a project, and they seemed to not convince with my lack of knowledge about the role hence they dropped me even after contacting couple of times. Now I have got call from another one and they also seem to be not fully sure because my last role was very different. My question is how difficult is it to get a project in Accenture? Will this interviews continue? Also, what are the chances of me getting a suitable role?
I'm curious what the average salary is for an Associate Agent. I'm licensed & do everything after the sale is made as well as refer new business. I have 14 years in the industry but have been at the current company less than a year, so I know that plays a part as well. Anyone in a like-position by chance?State Farm Allstate Travelers

Hi Fishes
I would like to know about the client interviews (especially in data science or machine learning roles).
Are these interviews tough?
Are these interviews meant to assess technical knowledge? For example, what is binomial distribution, what are different data structures in python, ml algorithms etc.
I would request each of the nagarrians to share their thoughts irrespective of the technologies you are working.
I am thankful to you for taking time and helping me out.

If you’re looking for full satisfaction, may not be the best metric. I’d try to create tangible data points for why you want to leave - with salary or free time being the most obvious metrics. Focus on the those data points as dispassionately as possible. Yes, job hunting sucks. But so does not being where you think you aught to be.
Thank you!
I think it matters whether you have enough saved to take a breather for a period like 3-6 months. I know people who left their jobs but had enough of a financial cushion to do so, spend 3-6 months looking for replacement work, and not be too stressed about it.
The concern I have is that my dissatisfaction with the job will spill over into my work product for the client I’m trying to serve. I’d rather leave, preserving my license and dignity while searching for new employment versus staying where my stress levels negatively impact my health. Without a financial cushion, it’s a roll of the dice!
That’s so true.
This is where I am. Do I just stick it out or continue to apply until something comes my way? It’s a tad bit stressful.
Yes!! I hear you
