John Deere Financial was a great company to work for until you take their Voluntary Separation package & leave the company. After 24 yrs at the company, was ghosted by HR when I had questions about the package. No exit interview. Just an email letting me know to turn in my work equipment or face having to pay for it. Treated like garbage by management. The pandemic lead the organization to offer the packages & they threatened layoff if packages not taken by employees. Horrible experience
