Hello All, I have one question. I was a fresher and joined one organization as external employee with third party payroll. I worked as external payroll for 1 year then I became permanent employee of organization was working. When i was a fresher my salary was below tax slab so my external exployer did not generate any form 16 for me. When tried to switch my new organization wants me to submit form 16 as BGC process. Get SO for yourself while on the bench and tagged will be direct..
If u ask in the same project promotion not at all possible...
So keep a talent portal and opening and have discussion with the manager that u want to release and look for one level above opportunity.
Rest if u getting 3 , 3 rating manager can say u are average performance.. Also 3 rating rhey give most of the people..
So better looknoutside if u keep chasing promotion ur mind will be negative because they don't give on time and in the end employees get frustrated so don't go in that way choose better way.

M to SM is relatively more competitive and scrutinized. You should have 4 and 5 to improve your probability. More or all 5 plus project profitability will help more.
I joined at SA level completed almost 3.5 years with rating 3, 3 and 4 in three YEA cycle. I am eligible since 1.5 years for M level but they are asking me to find SO at myself. Why there is no promotions at Org level directly?

Also A to SA/SA to M/M to SM once you get promoted you will be getting just 15% increase only from whatever Salary you are getting at A/SA/M level cuz 15% is the standard & default promotion hike %.
