Joined one of the big 4 about 1.5 years back. I found the environment very stressful and started looking out quite early. Now I am in the last month of my notice period and the firm is proposing some retention options with lower workload. My concern is..Will things go back to normal once I let go the current offer. Firm I have offer has decent WLB. 10 hrs a day typically, collaborative team. Currently manager but consider sr.con at the new firm in exploration of peace and WLB. Pls advice
