I need an advice/suggestion here. I got an offer from 2 different organisations and choose one among them (Role: Analyst) because of the culture and benefits. And the other offer has a good pay and good designation (Associate Consultant) rather than the one I choose. Now i feel very low due to this decision that I took. What should I pay a part time PMM at a Series A funded, Y Combinator-backed Fintech SaaS startup working 20 hours a week whose job it is to assist the CMO (me) with setting up and managing a product marketing function? Got laid off in tech corp dev making 250-300 all in. Have an offer to join a fairly new family office investment team in PE buyouts but will be a fairly significant cash pay cut vs what I was making in tech corp dev.
