Anyone feel like they’ve lost their edge during covid? I used to be super focused on all my projects and care about being at the top. Now I struggle to stay focused on a daily basis and even when I take my adderall I find myself getting lazy throughout the day and spending most of it on my phone. I’m just doing the bare minimum to keep my job without getting poor reviews but not really trying to be a strong performer anymore

Not sure where else to post this. Feeling really defeated. I was told in January that I was to get a raise and then a promotion in 6 months and now it’s July and there is no raise or promotion.

I think I am experiencing the stages of a mental breakdown. I do not feel like myself. I can fake the smile and cheer for the few meetings I have - and occasionally for friends or family in small bursts. But I feel overwhelming anxiety and depression and am becoming more prone to outbursts. I just want to quit everything and burn it all to the ground. I’m not sure what the main triggers are but am feeling lost and hopeless.
